The
Single Sprinkler Valve Connection is ideal for residential
landscapes and gardens or small farms.
The EZ-FLO*** All-In-One Single Sprinkler Valve Connection
is a commercial grade Automatic Fertilization And Chemical
Application System. It can be attached directly to the
sprinkler line after the sprinkler valve so the tank
is only under pressure when the system is on. The system
feeds through all types of sprinklers, or drip systems
each time the area is watered. This system is ideal
for continuous feeding.

For
lawns GOLD'n GRO®* 20-1 7 + 3%S is used at a rate of 1
quart per 1,000 square feet of lawn to be fertilized.
If the lawn area has trees, then a rate of 1.25 quart
or 1.5 quart per 1,000 square feet should be used.
Shrubs
and landscape plants and flowers should be fertilized
with 0.25 to 0.5 quart per 1,000 square feet to be fertilized.
GOLD'n GRO®* 8-8-8 + 4%S or GOLD'n GRO®* 6-3-9 + 4%S will provide
best results for gardens and flowers. GOLD'n GRO®* 8-8-8
+ 4%S will also provide acceptable results for lawns,
trees, shrubs, and landscape plants.

The
Single Sprinkler Valve Conn. Unit will provide excellent
results with GOLD'n GRO®* fertilization achieved by adjusting
the rate setting. There are 4 settings. The refill frequency
is established by calculating the gallons of water per
fertilization, the fluid ounces of fertilizer applied
per gallon(128 fluid ounces) of water, and the capacity
of the unit purchased. It is better to purchase a unit
large enough so that it only needs to be refilled every
4 to 8 weeks.

Approximate
Parts Per Million (ppm) Nitrogen (N) are provided in the
following table for the 3 suggested GOLD'n GRO®*
products. "ppm N" is a standard method of indicating
the nutritional strength of the fertigation water being
irrigated onto the plants by sprinkler or drip
irrigation. Having the ppm N strength as a measurement
concept is good to learn and should be helpful when
learning how to adjust the settings to achieve the
desired results.
